Next you will move on to ARM BLASTING moves to strengthen, sculpt, and define your BICEPS, TRICEPS, BACK & SHOULDERS.  Finish on the mat with an ARM & AB series and finally blast your CORE with PILATES inspired moves with the mini ball.
