'Brett Klika, CSCS, Director of Athletics at Fitness Quest 10 discusses a 60 second fun workout challenge to further develop a culture of wellness within your household.  It\'s a fun challenge to do with your kids which encompass \"play\" exercises.  The workout consists of five balance touches on each leg, five roll overs, 10 jumping jacks, and 20 fast runs in place.  Have fun with your kids during this workout and send in your youtube videos of you and your kids completing the challenge!'
