'We have a fitness industry that is growing faster than ever before and an NHS that is spending more than ever before. Pete believe the impact on lifestyle related illness if the NHS and the fitness industry worked together could change the country. This won\'t happen with the current level of training for new personal trainers though. The mission is to create personal trainers who can create a successful business so they can then dedicate time, resources and creativity to work on tackling lifestyle related illness and much more. \"Pete has worked for 14 years in the fitness industry. After starting his career, he, just like many other new PT\'s found he didn\'t have the training needed to make an impact. However, after a series of ups and downs and a lot of learning, he worked from the bottom to create and run a boutique fitness business called Realfit Centres, which after 5 years of his involvement dominated the local area with a reputation for being a leader at what they did. Pete wasn’t done there though as he wanted to make sure other PT\'s didn\'t have to go through what he went through. Having now moved away from Realfit Pete’s focus is on Leaders PT Training which he designed to avoid new personal trainers making the mistakes he and so many others have made. Pete’s big mission is to bring great personal trainers and a struggling NHS together to form a system that means lifestyle related illness goes from being an expensive long-term care issue into a preventative programme led by an industry perfectly placed to take this role on. This of course can only happen if these PT\'s are able to sustain a career which is where Pete’s business training comes in.
