'My First Day Back at the Gym in a Month! | Working out with Kate | Planet Fitness 30 Min Express'

'Hey Friends, as you know, my back and neck have been messed up from getting rear ended a couple of weeks ago and prior to that I had a very bad cold so I hadn\'t been running or to the gym in over a month - I really wanted to get back at it all, but I was super scared of worsening my issues that I\'m having. Running and working out seemed to be ok so its mostly repetitive movements like bending, crouching, twisting for longer periods of time like I do at work, dishes, laundry that sort of stuff that seems to be causing my back to spasm... Dylan and I plan to slowly ease back into the gym by doing the 30 min express for the week and once I get into my Physio appointments I should know more about what I should and shouldn\'t be doing fitness wise!
