'Planet Fitness trainer, Caroll is here to help you make the most of your 30 minutes! Follow along in the 30 Minute Circuit Area or join in from your home or on the go. Some weights will be used during the workout, but if you don’t happen to have any on hand — no worries! This workout is for all fitness levels so grab your water bottle and let’s get going.   Trainer Caroll will start the workout off by taking you through a brief warm up to get your muscles going. After that, you’ll do exercises like overhead squats and lunge rows. Throughout the workout, Caroll will have you hold movements in order to build strength! When you’re finished,  you’ll complete a short cool down.   Guess what?
