'My Fitness Pal: Copying Meals From One Day to Another'

'My Fitness Pal shortcut! You can copy a meal from or to one day to the next. If you had a delicious breakfast Tuesday and you decide you want to relive it, but as a snack on Thursday, you can go into Thursday’s snacks, tap the 3 dots, choose “copy from date” and choose Tuesday’s breakfast! Once you’ve copied it over, if there are any changes you made (maybe you had coffee with the meal at breakfast Tuesday, but not with your snack on Thursday) you can quickly delete the unwanted item by swiping from right to left.'
