'The Dumbbell Deadlift is a deadlift in which you stand with feet shoulder width apart, hinged at the hips, with a straight spine, and a dumbbell in each hand. Then maintaining a straight spine, squeeze your glutes and extend to a standing position. Then hinge at the hips and return the the starting position. This is one repetition.
