'The Incline Supinated Barbell Bench Press is an upper body pushing exercise. Start lying on an incline bench in a supinated grip position. Lower the bar to the top of your chest and extend your arms straight up with a supinated grip (palms facing you). This is one repetition.  The primary muscle used in the Supinated incline bench are pectorals, triceps and anterior deltoids.
