'Trainer Teddy is back in your living room for a new Home Work-In from Planet Fitness. This tabata-style workout was designed to ramp up fat burn in a shorter amount of time with slightly more intense movements. This home workout was also designed for everyone, no matter their fitness level. So feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace – whatever makes you comfortable. This workout consists of two circuits. For the first circuit, you’ll be doing A skips, air squats, twist and reach, and burpees. Feeling the burn yet? Now it’s time to go into the second circuit of jumping jacks, bob & weave, squat front kicks, and fast feet.
