'The One and a Quarter Overhead Squat starts in the rack. Grab the bar in the front rack position, unrack it, extend it overhead, and lock out your elbows. Then lower to the bottom of the squat, then extend 1/4, then lower again. Then drive to full extension. This is one repetition.
