'Start the Turkish Get Up lying on your back with a weight in one hand. Bend at the hips keeping your core tight and sit up until you\'re sitting up with your elbow on the ground. Then move from your elbow until one hand down. Then raise your hips and step back with your other foot. Then move to the kneeling position and then stand up.
