'The Incline Dumbbell Neutral Grip Bench Press starts with lying on an incline bench. Hold a dumbbell in each hand parallel to your body. Then using your triceps and chest extend the dumbbells away from your chest, until your elbows are locked out. Then return to your chest. This is one repetition.
