'Start the Top-Down Dumbbell Curl with both dumbbells in each hand while holding at 90-degrees in a semi supinated position with feet shoulder-width apart. Lower one dumbbell keeping the elbow close to the body and the upper arm stationary, reaching an extended position. After completion, repeat the same patterns with the opposite arms.
