Darrell Holloman, fitness expert and model, walks us through his personal schedule and gives advice on how to set yourself up for success.  Video Transcript: A great schedule for someone who has time to workout five times a week at the gym, you always want to do muscle groups that pari each other, for example, Monday we would do chest and triceps, Tuesday we would do back and biceps, Wednesday we would get off the upper body and give it a break and do legs, Thursday we would go back and do shoulders, by themselves, or if you want to develop more mass on the arms you could do shoulders and triceps, and Friday we take a day off and then Saturday we repeat the cycle over. So just stick to your recovery days, four days on, one day off, that one day you should recover and do nothing and your body will thank you for it.'
