'Start the Axle Bar Front Rack Reverse Lunge holding an axle bar in the front rack position. Stand feet hip-width apart, take a step backward with the right foot and then slowly bend both knees until the back knee is just above the floor, returning to the start position, then take a step backward with the left foot and bend both knees until the back knee is just above the floor, returning to the start position.
