'The Glute Bridge Dumbbell Bench Press is starts by performing a glute bridge, with your shoulders on the bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand, perpendicular to your body. Then press the dumbbells away from your body until you reach full extension. Then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. This is one repetition.
