'Welcome back to another Planet Fitness Home Work-In! In this fitness video Teddy is going to work your show muscles and your go muscles. This home workout was made for anyone to do, no matter their fitness level. And since no equipment is required, you’re ready to get started! So whatta say? Let’s get you warmed up.  This home workout features two circuits – one for show muscles, and another for go muscles. After you warm up, you’ll head into the first circuit with front lateral raises, svend press, front curls, hammer curls, overhead extensions, kickbacks, cross body extensions, and reverse flies. Then, you’ll go into the second circuit of pile squats, crunches, calf raises, toe touches, back lunges, bicycles, glute bridges, and leg raises.   Wanting more free workout videos?
