'Start the Goblet Curtsy Squat standing straight up and down holding the weight at your chest, in the goblet position. Then step one leg behind behind the other and squat to a 90 with the stationary leg. The drive with the bent leg back to the standing position. Then alternate legs. This is one repetition.
