'Join Planet Fitness for United We Move, a series of Home Work-Ins designed to keep you active while at home! This home workout requires zero equipment and features high-energy, cardio-focused moves. It’s for every fitness level and you can choose to either follow along or go at your own pace. The trainer will take you through a quick warm up and then two circuits that consist of exercises like alternating lunges, squats, planks, burpees and more.
