'The Decline Barbell Close Grip Bench Press is an upper body pushing exercise. Start by lying on a decline bench. Lower the bar to the bottom of your chest and extend your arms straight up with a narrow grip (16 inches apart) and keep the elbows much closer to the body than your average bench press, this uses the triceps more. This is one repetition. The primary muscles used in the decline CGBP are pectorals (lower), triceps and anterior deltoids.
