'The Incline Dumbbell Neutral Grip Fly starts on an incline bench, with your arms fully extended, holding dumbbells parallel to your body. Then lower the dumbbells to your side with straight arms. Once the arms are perpendicular to the ground engage your pectorals and pull the arms back to the vertical position. This is one repetition. Muscles used in this exercise are the upper pectorals and anterior deltoids. OPEX Fitness is the education provider for coaches seeking career success, longevity, and fulfillment.
