'Planet Fitness trainer, Michele is back again for another Motivation Monday Home Work-In! Join her as she guides you through exercises focused on cardio and strength. This workout is for all fitness levels and requires no equipment. Remember to go at your own pace! That means stopping for rest breaks or water whenever they are needed.   First things first. Trainer Michele will take you through a brief warm up featuring some dynamic movements. Next up are two circuits with exercises like lateral lunges, calf raises, tricep kickbacks, and more.
