'Start the Single-Arm Dumbbell Zottman Curl starts with a dumbbell in one hand, with feet shoulder-width apart and hands by the sides. Lift the dumbbell keeping the elbows close to the body and the upper arm stationary, reaching the shoulder level. At the top of the movement, rotate their wrist so that their palms are facing away from the body.
