'When it comes to paid programs especially from a questionable source, its right to stand in a place where you might be skeptical. But considering his 10 years of experience and masters in Physio therapy as well as a degree in Exercise physiology (on top of my total fanboyism), I decided to give this program a try. It\'s safe to say I was quite impressed, many are turned off by the $95 price tag but in my opinion what you get in here is worth a heck of a lot more than $95. I\'ve seen countless YouTubers who charge upwards of $300 and just repeat the same things that they have said time and time again. Not Daniel, I not only had fun with this program but I learned a lot from it too. Both about my own body and the proper way to train. The programs are challenging and scale to any level whether it is a total beginner or someone extremely advanced. Daniel provides insane value in an easy to use platform. By the way, I should mention, that I am not sponsored lmao, I wish I was... maybe in the future ;)) Either way I really enjoyed the program, I saw a lot of progress in my planche as the program focused on weak links like shoulder stability and rotation, hip flexibility and extension, scapular protraction and retraction, and much more. It\'s safe to say that I really really loved this program and whether you\'re just starting or you\'ve been doing calisthenics for years, I think it is a really sound investment. Especially if you have trouble putting together routines already. I hope you enjoyed the video and now that I built my computer and am able to edit, I should be able to upload frequently again!
