'The Dumbbell Single Leg Single Arm Romanian Deadlift starts standing straight up and down. Hold a dumbbell in one hand. Then hinge at the hips and raise the leg on the same side of the dumbbell. Once your chest is parallel to the ground squeeze your glute and pull yourself back to the standing position.  The single leg action challenges balance and planted leg stability.
