'Start the Double Push Up Burpee with feet underneath the hips, lower down into a squat position, placing hands on the floor in front of you. Then kick your feet back into a plank position and touch your chest to the floor for two reps, then finish with arms locked out, jumping your feet forward, and jump straight up and clap overhead.
