Check out this quick 2 minute video and read on for the exercises and how they benefit you! Pull ups - These are a great way for building strength in your back and your biceps. Different variations of pull ups are possible, they are wide grip, close grip and underhand grip. If you struggle to do them then you can use a resistant band to help assist you. Hanging leg raise - Great exercise for helping build your core strength, it is the advanced stage of a hanging knee raise. Important not to swing your body whilst performing the excercise. Tricep dips - They help strengthen your triceps. Important to get a full range of motion when doing the exercise. If you struggle to do this then use a resistance band to assist you. Decline press ups - advanced variation to a standard press up simply by elevating your feet so put more weight on to your upper body making the press ups harder. An easier option to a press up would be to elevate your upper body, this would put less weight on to your arms and thus make it easier to perform. Monkey bars - It takes a lot of coordination, upper body strength and balance to be able to complete the monkey bars. They are great for working on core and upper body strength Inverted row - This exercise helps build strength in your arms and back. It can be made easier by standing up more straight putting less weight on your arms or made harder by going closer to the floor putting more weight on your arms.
