'Hi guys it\'s Kaitlin and welcome back to my channel! In today\'s video, I\'m going to be trying out the 12 Minute Abs Room at Planet Fitness. This room is similar to the 30 Minute Express Room at Planet Fitness, except this room has only ab machines and some back stretching machines. 30 Minute Express Room video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I7jXTmVEP8w This room runs on a red light, green light system. Meaning when the light is green you have a full minute to complete your workout at a certain station, and then when the light turns red, you have 30 seconds to clean up and go to the next station. There are nine different stations total. I figured since my 30 Minute Express Room video has over 1000 views, I would go ahead and record the 12 Minute Abs Room as well, hoping you guys like it just as much!
