'The Dumbbell Neutral Grip bench Press starts with both dumbbells on the chest, held in a neutral position, fists parallel to your body. Extend the dumbbells away from your chest until you lock out the arms. Then return to the starting position. This is one repetition.   This variation of the DB Bench Press causes less stress on the anterior deltoid than the pronated variation.
