'High Hang Snatch High Pull is a weightlifting exercise where the client has a barbell in hand at the high hang position (bar at pubic bone) with a snatch grip, the client dips down slightly to generate power from the legs then jumps up and pulls the bar up toward the face driving the elbows high and outside of the body.
