'The Incline Close Grip Barbell Bench Press is an upper body pushing exercise. Lie on an incline bench. Lower the bar to the top of your chest and extend your arms straight up with a narrow grip (16 inches apart) and keep the elbows much closer to the body than your average bench press, this uses the triceps more. This is one repetition. The primary muscle used in the Incline CGBP are pectorals, triceps and anterior deltoids.
