'Start the Goblet Cossack Squat standing with legs wider than shoulder width with the weight in the goblet position. Then squat over on one leg, making sure to keep your knee outwards. Extend from your glute and then alternate legs. This is one repetition.  This is a great exercise to help balance left and right sides while improving range of motion in the ankle and hips.
