'This Home Work In Features Supersets & Trainer Teddy'

'Trainer Teddy is here to give you a cardio and strength home workout that will leave you feeling stronger. This fitness video was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace. Ready to start this 20 minute workout at home? Let’s go!  First, you’re going to start with a warm up. For this, you’ll be doing an upper body stretch, core stretch, lower body stretch, and cardio acceleration movements. This home workout features a strength superset and a cardio superset. The strength superset is made up of shoulder presses, bicep curls, bent rows, tricep kickbacks, squats, calf raises, alternating lateral lunges, and alternating front lunges. Once you’re through that, you’ll head into the cardio superset made up of jumping jacks, marching in place, bends & reaches, fast feet, toy soldiers, twists & reaches, butt kicks, and toe taps.
