'In 2005 Carrie Underwood won American Idol and she\'s come a long way since then. The 33-year-old singer and new mom is constantly on the road doing tours, attending award ceremonies, and meeting with the press. So how does she manage to stay so fit? She told Cosmopolitan that she usually starts her day around 7 a.m. with a breakfast of either cereal without milk or an Amy\'s breakfast burrito. She says she never eats meet and tries to eat a completely vegan diet. She also records everything that she eats in the MyFitnessPal app to keep taps, saying that she\'s like a bottomless pit so she needs to keep track. And of course, working out for at least a sold hour a day doesn\'t hurt either.'
