Work to pull yourself up to whatever you can do... even if this is just inches you are working those muscles and training towards progressing. Work on THAT until you can master holding just a bit longer and higher. I do not suggest doing these assisted as that does not force you to really use your own body weight and progress. Once you master doing even just one, work to do more....
