'Who’s ready for another home workout!? This time, trainer Whitney and her husband, Adam, are leading you through a workout designed for everyone. Whether you’re standing up, or sitting down it’s time to get started – and don’t worry, there’s no equipment required for this one.   You know the drill, before we dive into the workout, we have to warm up. This time, we’re going to go through the warm up twice, just to be sure we’re all nice and loosened up. Our first circuit consists of workouts like marching in place and side bends, while the second circuit includes flutter kicks and crunches. Are you feelin’ the burn yet?
