'The Single Arm Dumbbell Fly with Twist starts with one arm fully extended holding a dumbbell perpendicular to your body. Then lower the dumbbell to your side with a straight arm. Once the arm is perpendicular to the ground, twist your wrist moving the dumbbell 90 degrees, then twist back. Finally, engage your pectoral and pull the arm back to the vertical position. This is one repetition. The muscles used in this exercise are the pectorals and anterior deltoids.
