'Join Aja in this Two Circuit Cardio & Core Home Work-In'

'Welcome to another Home Work-In featuring Trainer Aja! This cardio & core home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Who’s ready to dive in? Feel free to follow along, or take this fitness video at your own pace.  Today’s warm up consists of slow butt kicks, torso twists, and jogging in place. Repeat the warm up before you start the first circuit made up of forward-backward hops, seal jacks, speed skaters, and mountain climbers. After a quick water break, you’ll head into our second circuit of standing side crunches, crunch holds, heel touches, and reverse crunches. And just like that, you went from “do it” to #DidIt!
