'Miami Heat dancer, Ericka, leads this full body Work In'

'Ericka is a professional dancer for the Miami Heat, and for this Home Work-In, she’s taking you through her favorite conditioning exercises. This full body home workout doesn’t require any equipment and was designed for everyone to do. So don’t be shy, let’s get up and get active! Follow along or go at your own pace. It’s a video after all – you have the power to pause.  A warm up. Four circuits. A cool down. That’s what we’re doing for this home workout. And first thing, obviously, is the warm up. For this you’ll be doing familiar movements such as jumping jacks and butt kickers. Then we’ll move into the first circuit of squats, jump squats and calf raises. How you feelin? Our second circuit is about the lower body with lunges and plié pulses. Next up, our third circuit features movements like arm circles, Walk-out planks, and tricep dips. You’re almost done – you just have to get through our final circuit of knee tuck crunches, heel taps and plank holds. Now, it’s time to cool down with some stretching and wrap up.
