'For this home workout, Teddy is going to get you moving and feeling amazing in no time. This home workout was designed for everyone, no matter their fitness level. Feel free to follow along, or take it at your own pace. No equipment is required for this workout. After you’re warmed up, you’ll dive right into the first circuit that’s made up of running in place, hop squats, toy soldiers, and burpees.
