'This Simon Says themed Work In is fun for the whole family'

'The Walsh Family is back, and putting the fun in this Home Work-In. This home workout is Simon Says themed! These are perfect exercises to do at home, and the entire home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. This simple at home workout features a warm up and two circuits you’ll repeat twice, followed by a cool down. Who’s ready to get started?  The first thing you have to do before you exercise at home is warm up. This warm up consists of inchworms, squats and more. Heading into the first circuit, you’ll be doing exercises like alternating toe touches and power skips. The second circuit includes windmills star jumps and more. Pay attention to what Simon Says...you may find yourself doing some burpees or squats. Our cool down has lots of good stretches, so you can walk away feeling good.
