'Start the Tabletop Reverse Plank by sitting on the ground. Place your hands on the ground behind you with your fingers facing away from your body. Squeeze with the glutes and bring yourself up until your chest, pelvis, and quads are flat.  Keep a 90 degree angle the from shoulder to hip and knee to ankle. Hold for the duration of the exercise.
