'Squeeze in some gym time with this Home Work-In'

'With United We Move, Planet Fitness is bringing you daily Home Work-Ins to help you stay active while you stay home. Every workout is designed for everybody at every fitness level. The best part? No equipment is needed for any home workout. So what do ya say? Let’s get up, get moving, and work through this together. Feel free to follow along or go at your own pace – make it what you want.   This workout is all about strength training – but don’t get intimidated, modifications are provided for the more complicated exercises. To warm up, we’ll start with simple movements like marching in place and glute kickbacks. We’ll then go into our first circuit with squats, lunges, and other core exercises. After a quick water break, our second circuit is packed with movements that’ll have you feelin’ the burn. Take your time here, there’s no need to over do it.
