'Trainer Jimmy is back again with a home workout designed for everyone at every fitness level. There’s no equipment needed for this workout so don’t be afraid to jump in and get moving. Feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace. Every minute counts, right!? First thing we have to go through is the warm up. Jimmy is going to take you through a circuit of twists, arm circles, pulldowns and more. Now it’s time to dive into the main circuit. For this, you’ll be doing each exercise for 30 seconds, and completing the circuit twice. Moves like quad stretches, butterfly stretches, planks, squats and more are included. AND BOOM!
