Here is a breakdown of the workout: Chest Exercise #1 - Warmup on chest press machine 1 set wide grip for 20 reps 1 set close grip for 20 reps Chest Workout Routine Chest Exercise #2 - Flat Bench Press 2 warmup sets for 12 reps 1 Working Set for 8-12 reps 1 Drop Set with 3 drops 8-10-12 reps Chest Exercise #3 - Incline Bench Press 2 warmup sets for 12 reps 1 Working Set for 8-12 reps 1 Drop Set with 3 drops 8-10-12 reps Chest Exercise #4 - Decline Bench Press 2 warmup sets for 12 reps 1 Working Set for 8-12 reps 1 Drop Set with 3 drops 8-10-12 reps Chest Exercise #5 - Dips 3 sets of 15 reps Chest Exercise #6 - Pushups As many as you can do to completely burn out chest Move on to Tricep Workout Routine Tricep Exercise #1 - Rope Pulldown Tricep Extension 3 sets of 15 1 drop set with 4 drops as many reps as possible Tricep Exercise #2 - Scull Crushers on incline bench 3 sets of 12-15 reps WEIGHT - Go as heavy as you can handle while still being able to control the weight and get a full range of movement.
