Welcome to A NAKED WORKOUT (Almost NAKED) Series by Linda Okwor and Bodelogix.com. It\'s very similar to the B NAKED WORKOUT but you get to use one piece of equipment or tool for the entire workout.  It can be a stability ball, a kettle bell, jump rope, resistance tubing, etc... All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch), one piece of fitness tool/Equipment and enough room to spread your arms and legs. Today\'s workout feature is for those of you who are always on the road or are limited in space and time.  No need to fret, this workout will strengthen your full body and give you a good heart pumping cardio.  All you need is a bench or chair, a jump rope, enough space to jump rope and your body.  Check out http://blog.bodelogix.com for the list of exercises!  Each round of the NAKED Workout will consist of 5-6 exercises, done for 60 seconds, 3 times through.  The only rest is the brief time to move into the next exercise or restart your timer.  You can do up to 3 rounds for a heart pumping workout or start with one round.  Don\'t forget the 2 minute dynamic warm up and 3 minute after workout stretch.  All I ask of you is at least 20 minutes a day (one round) 3-5 days a week.   Beginners start with one round and move up to 3 rounds.
