Attempt this routine at your own risk!      * 10 one legged squats  each side     * 20 body weight squats     * 20 lunges (10 each leg)     * 20 jump step-ups (10 each leg)     * 10 pull ups     * 10 dips - bar stools     * 10 chin ups     * 10 push ups     * 30 second plank  (Note: in the video, I discuss walking lunges. I actually did regular lunges, as I didn\'t have enough room to do walking lunges).
