'Get Moving with this Cardio Based Home Work-In'

'If you’re looking to get your fitness on, you’ve come to the right place. For this home workout, we have PF Trainer from New Hampshire, Kelly, with a cardio based routine. This home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. It’s not a race, so feel free to keep up or go at your own pace.  First, Kelly is going to help get you warmed up with side stepping, inch worms, high knees, and fire feet, followed by some stretching. Once you’re good to go, you’ll head into the first circuit with squat jumps, standing alternating toe touches, front to back hops, and skaters. In the second circuit, you’ll be doing lunge jumps, rotates with punches, lateral hops, and standing diagonal crunches. Done! Once you make it through each circuit, Kelly will guide you through some cool down movements and stretches.
