'Trainer Aja leads a three circuit core Work-In'

'Trainer Aja is back with another home workout, and this time it’s all about the core. This home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level with no equipment required. Are you ready to get started? Feel free to follow along or go at your own pace.  Once you’re all warmed up, Aja is going to lead you through a three circuit workout that’ll get your core feeling stronger in no time. The first circuit includes knee crunches and toy soldiers. Remember, take your time – these exercises are all about form, and there’s no need to rush. Now, we’ll move into the second circuit of upper and lower abdominal crunches. Our third and final circuit focuses on holds like planks, leg holds and c-sits. Then to wrap things up, Aja will take you through a cool down.
