'Start the Dumbbell Curl with Iso Hold with a dumbbell in each hand, with feet shoulder-width apart and hands by the sides. Hold one dumbbell in 90-degree hold in a semi supinated position, while lifting the opposing dumbbell keeping the elbow close to the body and the upper arm stationary, reaching the shoulder level.
